Vegetable skewers on the barbecue

Method of preparation

  1. Wash the vegetables and cut the aubergine and zucchini into pieces.
  2. Stick the skewer through the vegetables and thread them into place.
  3. Season with salt and pepper.
  4. Grill the skewers 5 to 10 minutes on the barbecue.


Serving tip:

For a colourful result, use different colours of Pick-&-Joy® tomatoes and peppers!
