Method of preparation
Preheat the oven to 200° C
Dice the onion, cut the mushrooms into slices and the aubergine into peaces.
Fry the ground beef in a frying pan until it is cooked.
Add the onion, mushrooms and aubergine until it is cooked al dente.
Season with salt, pepper and paprika-powder.
Cut the peppers in half and remove the pith from the pepper and remove all seeds.
Stuff the peppers with the ground beef mixture and sprinkle some grated cheese over it together with some thyme.
Place the stuffed peppers in a greased oven dish in the preheated oven and oven bake it around 20 minutes.
