Method of preparation
- Rince the snack peppers, remove their seeds and cut them in slices.
- Mince the garlic.
- Put the olive oil in a grill pan and grill the red bell peppers and the garlic 5 to 8 minutes.
- Put the snack peppers in a salad bowl and add the grilled mixture.
- Season with sea salt and garnish it with fresh basil.
Using uncooked snack peppers in the salad, the sweet taste is assured. Furthermore it gives the salad a nice “bite” to it. Off course it is also possible to grill the snack peppers too. Add them at the same time as the red bell peppers in the instructions.
