Pistachio Pesto

- Leaves of Pick-&-Joy Greek Basil
- 20 g Parmesan cheese
- 100 g Pistachio nuts
- Olive oil
- Salt and pepper
Method of preparation
Put all the ingredients in a blender or use an immersion blender and mix everything together. Add salt and pepper to taste, if desired.
Tip: This pesto is delicious when spread over a salmon fillet and baked in the oven with lemon.
