Method of preparation

  1. Pluck the leaves of the Pick-&-Joy Greek Basil.
  2. Place the leaves into a tall glass.
  3. Chop or puree the garlic.
  4. Add the pine nuts, garlic, salt, and oil to the leaves.
  5. Blend the mixture using a blender.
  6. Season the pesto with pepper and optionally more salt.
  7. And there you have your pesto!
